What internet speed do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for smooth 4K streaming. For 8K content, 50 Mbps or higher is ideal. The Ufree Tv Box supports WiFi 6 and Gigabit Ethernet, so your network connection is never the bottleneck.
Do I need a smart TV to use this?
No. The Ufree Box works with any TV that has an HDMI port — including older models. It effectively turns any television into a fully loaded smart TV.
Is the setup difficult?
It's very easy; we'll provide tutorials. Usually, even people without a technical background can complete it in just two minutes.
When will I receive the product I purchased?
We will send the documents as soon as possible to minimize your waiting time. It usually takes 3-7 days, depending on the distance.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We support cancellation of orders within 48 hours of placing an order. If you need to cancel, please send us an email or contact our service staff via Whatsapp in time. Once you cancel the order, you will not have to pay any fees.

How long is the after-sales period?
Full refund: If any quality problems occur within 30 days after receiving the box or if the original packaging is unopened, you can apply for a full refund. (If the damage is not caused by human factors, you need to contact our service staff to confirm the quality problem)
